hello,
i did have a 63mm vr6 throttlebodie on my 1.8t engine that did work perfect with my emu black.
now i switched it with a 68mm audi a6 3.0tfsi 2009 throttlebodie.
my problem now is that the emu tell me to check the pinout of the throttlebodie, but the pinout is the same exept for the motor so i did switch that two motor wires.
after that i orderd another tb from a audi a6, but still the same thing.
it still give the same fault during DBW calibiration.
i can open it with the actuator test.
and if i open it with my fingers by hand the fuelpump relay is switching very short and the fuel pomp start also running for 0.5second.
i dont think thats normal right?
audi a6 2009 3.0tfsi thottlebodie:

golf4 vr6 2.8 24v throttlebodie:
022 133 062 AC (VAG)
0 280 750 097 bosch
someone here who can help me with this??
What’s your source for the connections being the same on both throttle bodies?
When you move the butterfly by hand are you seeing valid signals for both of the TPS outputs? Ie signals that suit the plausibility check?
the wirring and connector are still the same as with the vr6 throttlebodie.
also the in and outputs are the same.
when i open it by hand and i look what the throttleposition does it keep staying at 0% al the time.
how can i check both outputs?
i can only find the tps readings.
I couldn’t find any info online to confirm the connections are the same - You really need to confirm they are as the plug/connector may be the same but that doesn’t mean the pinout is the same.
To check the signals to the EMU, either look at the analogs and/or tick the “use throttle plate as TPS” box in the DBW parameters.

problem solved.
the problem was that the 5volt and earth where switched on the new throttlebodie.
also the motor wires where switched, but i did fix that already 2days ago.
i tought the pinout for VAG throttlebodies is always the same, but i was wrong.
