I have v6 Duratec engine (aj30) from Jaguar S-type (2000).
After setup of emu black, we can not detect secondary trigger during the cranking stage.
All wires connected correctly, all wires shielded, grounded properly. VR sensors pinned according to manufacturer (Jaguar) signal and ground in the correct position.
After swapping wires between Cam1 (secondary trigger) and Cam2 situation is exactly the same. I only can see Cam2 but no secondary trigger.
Additionally, everything well operating then engine is running, no issue with signal detection, trigger pattern looks very good.
Both cams has 4 teeth Y shape with extra tooth between V.
Any thoughts what could be wrong?
P.s. battery well charged, during cranking shows 9,5V.
Have tested with more powerful battery, result is the same.
P.s.s. I use medium or high noise filtration otherwise crank, cam sensors catch a lot of signal noise during the cranking.

and do you mean when the engine is running you see signal from both the cams?
and during cranking is it only CAM 1 ? or CAM 2 also?
In my case the map is heavily changed from the stock as I use ITBs (Alpha n map), the secondary trigger is trimmed to one tooth, not the original pattern.
I will upload later today my map and also one more map which is Rocketeer swap (more similar to stock engine).
