This is probably a 0-10bar resistance sensor (3-160ohm) so you need to connect one connector to sensor ground and the other to the emu analog input and use a pull-up resistor up to 5V, e.g. 100ohm/0.5W
But it would be better to change the sensor to a 3-pin one that gives a linear voltage of 0-5V at the output
