EMU ecu classic firing twice

Hi all,

I have a problem with my BMW 635Csi with EMU ECU classic fitted as I have a turbo conversion.

The problem is that its only firing on 5 cylinders but fires twice on the same cylinder on the same cycle.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you done output test? upload your map so we can see settings

This sounds like a wiring or setup issue. who did the wiring and who wrote the map so far?

Thanks for the reply.
The ecu was fitted and mapped about 8 years ago by a garage called Stone Motorsport in Monestrevin ( I live in Ireland)
It was running fine until about 18 months ago where the problem developed.
I sent the Emu ecu AND the original BMW ecu for testing where they both were deemed ok.
Injectors cleaned, new plugs, leads, dizzy all good, I am pulling my hair out here!

If you have enough posts you can upload the file direct to the forum, if not then a google drive link with permissions set to “anyone with the link” also works

If this started randomly happening to a perfectly running before this engine, how have you determined the issue?
Standard advice is to check all the grounds on the head are clean of corrosion and tight. Look for anything melted or out of spec
