Hi, i have a BMWm50 running EMU black. The engine harness and ecu worked on an old setup last season with a 3.2L, swapped blocks now to a 2.5L (setup is electrically identical). The engine will not start. The map has correct sensors, coils, #of cyl, trigger settings, but when i get a cranking log, the settings are all wrong. The log shows 4cyl, tottally differnt trigger settings. The map was made permanent to the ecu, and seemingly no changes will stay on the ecu. Running newest firmware on ecu/laptop.
