Emudash 3 application not connecting to ecu

Good day

I have the EMUDASH 3 v3.0.22.R(23) installed on a Alcatel Tablet with Android V11 and it is working. BUT, this tablet is so slow and so I went and bought a new Samsung Tablet running on Android V14 but now I cannot get the EMUDASH application to connect to the ECU. It keeps giving me the following error:

“Unfortunately there was a problem with connection between Android device and EMU device. If the problem persist chose scan for devices option (Error code 1)”

Any help out there to resolve this?

Привет. У меня в машине прибор edl1 находился под капотом, а головное устройство на торпедо.

И возникала такая ошибка из-за того, ч т , видимо, мощность передатчика блютус в edl1 слишком мала.

Когда я положил ближе два устройства друг к другу. Ошибка соединения стала реже возникать.
