Help cannot sort my ramp down on idle (K20A2 - KSWAP)

Hi All,

I need some help please. I have a K20A2 rsx - EP3 engine swapped into my 99 EK civic. The engine itself is completely standard, expect bolt ons i.e. 70mm Ktuned throttle, Acuity fuel rail, AEM fuel regulator, Pracworks carbon intake.

The issue i have is that my idle ramp down causes my car to stall or almost stall when i rev it in idle. I tried to adjust my ramp down time, PID, Airflow with just small improvements but the underlying issue still exists.

I am very much a novice with these things and basically learning as i go along. I can most my map and logs if someone can have a look and let me know what i should be adjusting or maybe something i did wrong. I am running version 3.053 and EMU Black

I think your main issue is idle controll MAP treshold set somewhere about 20kpa?..You got very big vacc on decell so try to increase armed state idle air around 1200rpm from 5% to 10 nor 15% and try to lover map treshold a little bit :wink:

thank you, i changed 3 settings, lowered my idle on map to “0”, ramp down delay to 0ms and it seems to have improved it dramatically. I can hear my IACV kick in much earlier now. But the is still quite a bit of fine tuning i am sure that must still be done.
