The first v2 table is what I wasusing with no issues.
Then I switched to v3 (copy the v2 values in to v3 maps, and had to make adjustments to be able to run the vehicle) - the tune is currently not perfect, but car runs.
Most of the brake boints I were in were tuned +15% (there is a lot of aproximation included) also the idle area is diferent becouse of new idle strategy - its not the issue.
What is the configuration for fuel pressure regulator and fuel composition ?
On the first sight the V3 VE table looks more realistic.
Ok, that can be the reason !
There is fuel rail regulator with 2.5bar - but in my calibration I have value 3,5bar (â350kPa gâ).
Thanks for the hint !
Hi,
since V3 i randomly i get the message:
Although im 100% there are the same data on the ECU cause i made them permanent secounds befor.
same here. dont know why
When you get this message can you save the project and send me to v3@ecunaster.com ?
I can see that often but this is rather annoying inconvenience so didnt bother to send info about it . But yest is happening
Which project thenâŚrespectively where should we click?..Use client data or get data from EMU?
Good question.
If it is possible please save both.
In measurement values I can se the same possibility like in v2.xxx â âI.Ignition afterstart lockâ
In v3 I am not able to find the setup - am I blind?
The slow log refresh is caused by too many lines to draw.
It will be optimized in next builds.
The problem with the time in the log seems to be a bug.
it is hard to say without the log
@Jadzwin_ECUMASTER can you check it for me pleaseâŚa little longer log but on 01:21:10 you can found it
Hello,
when I was overtaking KNOCK CONTROL calibration from v2, I notoced that cylindres have diferent sensor values.
My engine is running wastespark ignition with squirting in pairs (or it was the plan and it makes sense to me if NO-CAM sync is installed).
Each of injector has its own output but I have no chance to squirt in pairs.
From some reason emu si squirting in order 1-3-4-2, but has no feedback from actual engine cycle (CAM sync).
That has also affect to KNOCK control that has 4 diferent KNOCK signal value for each cylinder.
That means I am not able to correctly set up the KNOCK control.
Based on manual - if I have no CAMsync I should operate the KNOCKcontrol by âold wayâ only with one general KNOCK sensor value.
Am I doing something wrong or my understanding of manual is not correct?
Thanks in advance for help!
If you do not cam sync and separete coils (or distributor) you need to set up in Knock sensors/Action/Ignition control type to All cylinders as per cylinder correction is not possible in this situation.
Yes this option is set âAll cylindersâ.
But thats the issue (from my point of view), becouse of missing CAMsync ECU dont know which cyl. is firing. I have diferent gain of signal on every cylinder and it changes depends on how ECU understands what 1 and 4 cylinder it is.
Thats one issue I have.
Second issue conected to that is that ECU is injecting in order 1,3,4,2 becouse its not possible to fill in 1-4 , 2-3, to squirt in pairs like in v2.
So it can happend that ECU is squirting to the closed valve.
I also have no idea how precise the log channel âINJ outputsâ is, but from the log you can see it looks like the phase is completly random in some time.
Yes per cylinder gain will not work correctly when there is no cam sync (I add additional note to help).
If you are in wasted spark select option squirt tice per cycle. It is the best solution for wasted spark, as you will always have the same fuel behaviour (as you are sync per one revolution not per cycle).
To see the injectors phase properly you nee to take a scope. You will see then when the injectors stars and closes as function of the trigger signal
Your TPS hysteresis are much to high, thats the reason. Set them to for example 10%
Hi, will it work with DSG?
