It should be…thank you!
it is not for dsg. it is for god boxes. for dsg the torque reduction request and level comes from t e gearbox
The cut during gearshift is very short just to allow gear change.
When you upshift the torque on the wheel drops (by difference of the gears ratios). So it is very strange that there is no wheel slip before shift but it appears after the shift.
Do you feel the wheel spin after the shift ?
Maybe there is a problem with driven and undriven axle (eg. they are swapped in configuration) ?
Helo again,
I spend some time with setting of “Squirt twice per cycle” but I wasnt succesful.
When I click the option, engine slowly die with Lambda 1,89.
In down below picture I push the mark button “Switch 1” in the moment I was clicking the box menu “Squirt twice per cycle” at the same time.
I tryed also to add or remove fuel trim 50% with no efect.
In the scope its also visible that there is no change in injection order.
I was also succesful to measure the meaning if Imentioned that I have no CAMsync.
Emu knock contol operates with 4 cylinders signals. But becouse no sync when engine is started emu is just guessing in which cycle cylinder_n actuali is.
In my measurement with several starts is clearly visible diference in gain of signal in case of cylinder 2 and 3. The gain is changing depending on how emu gues actual cycle.
The problem is, when I calibrate specific cilinder gain in menu for example for Cylinder_2, and diferent gain for Cylinder_3, that happens that in next start emu switched usage of these calibrations becouse its just guesing the cycle.
As I wrote before, without camsync no per cylinder functions work as it is not possible. In your situation I would add camsync if it is possible.
Could you please publish your base map ? I will put it on simulator and check why it doesn’t work. It should be as simple as a tick squirt twice per cycle.
You should use for Driven axle Front wheels and Rear wheels for Undriven axle. It will use values from vehicle ABS.
Another thing come up my mind. Maybe Haldex disables during the shift (torque reduction) and that’s the reason the car start to slip wheels after shift.
It should be visible on wheels speed.
This is the config…

I check with your config, please see log and maps. time from 43.00 to 43.25.

About haldex- i will check later. thanks
Hi, this morning I tried your ACC settings and it felt a little smoother but I still have a judder when applying the throttle at light load.

It seems that u need some slightly more enrichment at MAP rates of around 200kpa/s.
I had a look on ur settings and it seems u didn’t copy my settings correctly…the axis are wrong.
Mine:
Urs:
Thats why u don’t get any enrichment at slight loadrates and according ur log ur judders happen at MAP rates of around 180-210.
U have slight lean spikes there. I think just a littel enrichment will help.
Maybe u should slightly increase there the numbers compared to mine and probably set the threshold lower…to around 150. Probably there our engines behave a bit different.
Thanks for taking the time to check my log.
It’s strange that the settings aren’t exactly the same as I saved the file and then imported them into my ecu rather than just copying them point by point.
I will have another go this afternoon.
Thanks
axis setup is different.
This will only change the values and not correct your axis
I think it would be in general senseful if in a saved table also the axis are saved correctly. In emu pro this is the case.
If i save a table, i want to save all the data for later, but just the values are useless without the axis.
But probably can lead to confusions in emu black cause some axis are shared between tables.
So I’ve copied your settings correctly now and changed the threshold to 150kpa. This made no difference so I then added some more fuel at the lower map rates, again this has made no difference, if anything it’s worse.
I’ve slowed the throttle speed right down @Jadzwin_ECUMASTER and again this makes no difference.
I’m starting to think this is not a ACC related issue?

I really don’t thin there is an issue with fuelling as enrichment seems to work fine on that log what is terrible is DBW translation table and I think judder is form rapid torque increase in powertrain .
unless you are using tiny throttle
