Is it possible to lower the cycling idle cut RPM to below 2000 RPM on the next build? Change to 1000 RPM lowest limit? I know not really functional but to create a nice chop the cut RPM could be a bit lower.

Hi, changed to 10, i will try to test in next hour.
Normally pwm fans have minimum vale when they are off below that range or above maximum they go on āfailā mode and run . I normally going down slowly one percent and finding this value when is off. it can range form 10% up to 18% if i remember correctly depending o the brand.

I did my best to measure it by most proper way.
I merge data from emu and osciloscope in one file - CSV.

You should have all important data for analysis and raw signal from osciloscope āSpeedSensā.
How signal is measured?
- There is plastic gear on axle in gearbox
- it continue via bowden in to the dashboard
- electronics measure mechanical movement of some other gears.
The mechanical system has to be reason of the noise - the same behavior I saw on all vehicles in our fleet.
If I can measure more, just let me know.

I think iāve seen problem like that - Bowden was not moving smooth so was slowing down on some internal friction and when tension overcome internal friction spring back and shows like that pattern of speedā¦
Yes, in some cars you can hear the clicking from dash - thats why I expect some stronger SW filtering algorythm - maybe more intense.
In my case I didnt recognise any diference when filtering was applyed.
In higher speeds there is no such a problem.
@Jadzwin_ECUMASTER Can i ask why there is no option to fire all injectors or batch fire on cranking? Im doing a BMW N62B44 -V8 allready and im struggling a lot with a good startupā¦my previous experience with V8-s is they cant starts good in seq injection modeā¦
It was removed as it doesnt suit new injection code.
However the changes to ignition system and fuel system made the cars starting much faster than in V2.
First try to setup prime pulse. This fuel should explode at first spark and start the engine.
If you publish your config and show the log from starting I can advice.
Can you explain to me how prime pulse work now? If it sprays all injectors at ecu power on it will not work to me because there is fuel pump controlled by switch so wiring modification will be needed

Unfortunatly i have no saved log with lambda sensor always onā¦but i tryied literaly ewerithing i couldā¦from 35ms injection for first couple of pulses to 5msā¦more afterstartā¦less afterstartā¦still cranking a lot and hasitate to catch rpmā¦

Yes as a function of engine temperature. As it is injected before sync it gives time to vaporize the fuel and allows fast start.
It must be something else then.
Could you please open scope window, press make scope button and start to crank ?
