I would like to install an oil temperature sensor. Which one would you recommend?
Would a sensor from VDO work with the Ecumaster?
e.g. this one here?

or which one would be more suitable?
Do you have the scaling of the sensor? You will need that.
I have the following data, is that enough?
Ohm range: 322.8 at 50 °C to 18.6 at 150 °C
Test values: at 120 °C 36.5 Ohm ± 2.7 Ohm
Just use the appropriate pull up resistor and you should be all good.
