Overrun Function / Downshift / Idle Setting

Hello, I updated to version 3.033 today. During the test drive I noticed that sometimes the fuel cut doesn’t work. I’m driving down a long hill, throttle closed, fuel cut active. Then I shift down a gear and the fuel cut is not activated. Blocked by idle is in the log.
I observed that the fuelcut does not activate when the throttle remains closed and the engine speed increases due to downshifting. Is this a bug or is it something to do with my settings?

Idle has priority over overrun. When your throttle is closed but the RPM are in the idle range (idle target + ramp offset) the over run is automatically disabled to start control RPM using idle strategy.
So the RPM drops and Idle strategy started to be active. As you drove downhill the RPM were 1600+ but the idle control was active and tried to lower down the RPM.
So it works like it is programmed, but right now I dont have any idea how to improve this for such situation

maybe add map settings there and on engine braking map will be lower than idle…

Thats clever idea. I will add such condition for next build
