Regarding the warning if the basemap is created with old firmware

I downloaded the basemap from “ECUMaster USA”.
When I open “JZA80 2JZ-GE 330cc Distributor Startup EMU Black_rev1_2.emub” with “Emumaster Engine Management Unit BLACK Client”, the following warning appears.

Pretty much just ignore it. Those maps were created many updates ago and all that window is telling you is that there’s no data for those parameters on the map since they weren’t an option.
I recommend going through the entire map to make sure your setup is the same as the base map. Every now and then I find a surprise setting that I didn’t know about when using other’s basemaps.

Here’s the comparison.
The left is the original file.
The right is the file opened and saved by "BLACK Client.
The number of items has increased from the original.
The values of eTqMapBins8 and eTqRpmBins8 at the bottom have changed,
custom8, dsg, and idleDSG***** have increased and have values in them.
Is this a problem?

If you use DSG I recommend to use the latest software 2.168.
If you do not use DSG you can for sure ignore the differences.

Hello,

I think Jadzwin made a ‘typo’, the latest firmware is 2.166.
