I don’t suppose anyone has a start / base map for the old 1UZ engine they’d be willing to share?
OE VR crank sensor, OE VR cam sensor on cylinder 1 bank, grouped injectors, wasted spark K20 coil on plug. No worries on other hardware spec, I will configure/calibrate as necessary then let the tuner have it once I know it fires up and doesn’t leak
Just looking for a head start on fuel / ignition tables and timing so I can at least let it run up to temp before going to the dyno.
Following up on this over a year later. I’m exploring the same option and would like to see how much if any this community has to offer for supporting the 1UZ build.
Pretty sure the old 1uz uses a 12 tooth crank wheel and 1 tooth on each cam. Should be able to use the multitooth setting and if using the stock distributors you would select the dual dizzy option under the ignition outputs. As far as the wiring is concerned, you would have to figure that out.

I used the stock crank sensor and a single cam sensor on the one I did, which will use K20 coils in a wasted spark configuration and a similar story for the grouped injectors.
