Toyota/Daihatsu cam trigger setup

Hi to all!
As a completely novice, i’m trying to set the proper cam trigger type to see if the vvti works.
You can find this type of trigger 3 teeth and 1 missing on Toyota and Daihatsu SZ,NZ,and K3 series.
Can anyone be so kind to put me in the right direction with the trigger setup?

But missing tooth isn’t more like audi’s trigger wheel?
My setup is very similare to 2zz toyota/lotus style

Someone suggested me to cut 2 theeth an keep only one tooth
