Hello guys, I am trying to tune a fazer 600 s1. While using the same wiring, the same tune, the same trigger wheel, the same vr sensor and the same starter but in different fazer 600 motor, I get a perfect signal and an instant start up. My scope on the main motor looks like the photo attached. It looks like I have two mising teeth per cycle. Looking at the trigger wheel while cranking I can see that it speeds up and slows down dramatically. My timing and compression is up to yamaha’s standards. I tried changing the Cranking gap detection scale but it doesnt work it just removes some of the errors.
What is the problem you’re trying to solve?
Just have it start/run as flawlessly as your other motor?
