V3.6 DSG creep mode

Hi new to this forum hope your all well who’s reading this,

Am at abit of a brick wall regarding DSG creep so I can’t see any option do increase idle in D/S or evan manual for that matter.

Has anyone figured out how to do it my car idles at 850rpm but if I put into gear am having to manually increase RPM with the throttle so don’t bog down.

Any advice will be much appreciated

The creep mode is controlled by idle strategy.

When you release the brake switch the ECU try to maitain the RPM via idle strategy.

So your idle strategy has to wrork properly.

Thera are 2 parameters in Idle / Target parameters. DSG creep target increase and DSG creep max target RPM. You can use these parameters to control how strong should be the creep.

In the Idle / Airflow there is a table DSG airflow correction.

It sends information about the torque losses within the transmission (losses increases during creeping). This table allows for an increase in airflow when the load on the gearbox rises, which helps maintain the set engine speed (idle target).

Hi thanks for the response,

Am not at the laptop at the moment only settings I coul see was DSG PQ35 or somthing along those lines I haven’t activated it because I am using dq250,

Will check those tommorow and get back to you thanks
