Volvo EHPS pump CAN integration with EMU Black?

Hi,

I am looking to use the Volvo EHPS pump on a customer race car and I notice there are quite a few different part numbers.

Is there a preferred pump for us to use?

On the MaxxECU help pages they list specific part numbers, are we constrained in the same way?

Lastly, can I connect the pump to CAN and modulate the pump output ONLY under V3 or will it work with V2?
