What is required for Idle state to switch from "Armed" to "Active"?

When the Idle state is “Armed”, what is required for it to go to idle state “Active”? Is it just TPS, RPM, Idle Target and the “Ramp down max. offset”? Is there another criterion?

[diagram modified to reflect response below]

RPM needs to be less than target RPM (where tareget RPM is Idle target table[CLT] + current ramp down offset) and PPS < idle On PPS below and MAP > idle on if MAP over

MAP, of course. I’ll add that to my diagram. Thanks. I find this kind of theory of operation helps me organize the many parameters at work.

what condition is needed to go from inactive to armed state? sometimes it happens to me that with the throttle closed it never enters the armed state and the engine goes out

PPS must be below idle threshold, MAP > Idle MAP to Activate and RPM lower than Idle target (target + rampdown offset)
