How can I configure the Wireless Racing Panel to operate the PTT button for the car’s radio communication system?

What car communication system are you using?
The Wireless Racing Panel simply sends the state of buttons and rotary switches via CANBus. It is well documented in the user manual:

Like dash or ecu depend on ypur setup
Is it possible to use dash or ecu AUX channel to control a relay’s open and close states in order to operate the PTT button of the radio communication system?
Yes, and in many cases, PTT is sending ground, so one wire is enough without a relay.
