1.8t startup struggling

Hello there, iam currently struggling starting my first EMU build. 1.8T APX, DBW, GTX35, Bosch 950cc inj. etc… i attached a few things as scope, settings and so on. all outputs work, i got sparks, engine wont start. sometimes when i try again i got a little fart but thats it, i have 3 bar fuel pressure when cranking, i currently dont have a cam signal, have to check that. Hopefully somebody here willing to help and maybe can tell me correct fuel settings for these injectors,

If you dont have cam signal you should select secondary trigger as “do not use” and post your firing order config

We figured out it was a defective cam sensor i have all trigger signals now, the engine wont start with full sequential, it only starts with sequential injection and wasted spark or wasted spark and batch firing, what could the sync problem be that it wont start full sequential?

activate invert phase, you do not need sync with cam low level select vw 1.8t from secondary trigger

use these values and take a log, for easy start wasterd spark only cranking

Thanks for your Support, we tried all that but no succes. Then we loaded the bam basemap and the only difference was the firing order. Engine runs full now. I just don’t get why firing order is 4231…

This firing order is just explainable by a wiring issue.

Sorry 4213 war’s. Wie in der basemap. Aber warum? Habe jede einzelne Spule zum korrekten Pin der black gemessen und es ist richtig verkabelt, ich weiß gar nicht kann man den nockenwellensensor verdrehen​:face_with_monocle:

1342 or 4213 is more or less the same…just the phase is inverted. With 1342 u need to set invert phase.
Depending on ur cam settings cyl 1 is detected differently.
