It’s strange, I was running v2 for 2 years ~10000km without hill holder message. Did you check your ESP sensors and brake sensor ?
yes, and if i get brake or esp sensors issue i got some dtc on autel.
I just need to put oem ecu and hill holder its ok
Is your brake switch connected to ECU ? EMU senst the status of brake switch.
Maybe BCM checks if the ECU also sees the brake switch.

what is default input from PNP adapter?
I have the harness adapter it may explain the difference between us.

I’ve check the stream and only clutch pedal state is send by OEM ECU.
The brake switch is used only internally by the ECU.
In EURO 5 I found additional bit that indicate if the drivetrain is disconnected (clutch pressed). However it was never send.
I have actually no idea why hill holder worked for you with V2 and doesn’t work with V3.
I have the same issue on my US car- hill holder works fine on V2, but not V3.
When I get a CAN log for you, Jadzwin, do you want me to get one on V2 and one on v3? It’ll be a few days before I can get the log - waiting on some ECU terminals to come in the mail - but once it drives again I should be able to get that to you pretty quick.
Is it possible that V2 is sending some form of engine load value? I know some hill holder implementations use this to determine how to release.
Otherwise all I could think of is that something is missing/wrong related to the clutch switch message.
I will compare V2 and V3 streams.
Make sure you assigned clutch pedal and its value changes in the log.

Hi, I get brand news ESP sensors (so there is no doubt about hardware)
V3.038 : hill holder message. No ESP-CAN communication with fiatmultiecuscan tool.
V2.169 : communication ok with fiatmultiecuscan tool and I get some DTC :
If I delete the DTC, I don’t have hill holder message and I can run the car normaly.
V3.038 back : same (hill holder message + no communication)
V2.169 back : same (no hill holder message and I can read and erase DTC without any problem)

Could you please test version 3.039 ?
I fixed the send messages frequency (was 50Hz now it is 100Hz as in OEM ECU).
Maybe it helps.
