Hi,
i found an issue regarding CC (not related to 3.038).
When u are a longer time overtarget speed…e.g. in downhill…CC sets DBW to min and never comes back again. Probably somehow the anti windup does not work and the integral is at minus infinity. 20241021_1803_rev83x_schaffahoim.emublog3 (3.7 MB) AudiTT_AJQ_rev83.emub3 (64.6 KB)
At around 7:40 in the measurement.
Can u have a look at this plz?
Looks like e90 can stream is back and working, are you planning to add brake and clutch over can? and other stuff like fuel pump, cruise control switch?
I can share peak usb over network if need.
The cruise controll commanded DWB target is lower than target from table with released pedal. CC strategy treats is as you want to override its command and do not alter PID (it is suspended).
I need to think about the best solution (i think there should be minimal PPS threshold and also minimal DBW position for cruise control strategy), as well new log channels must be added with information about CC DBW suspension.
I noticed an issue regarding interaction idle vs CC/CAN DBW.
When u are in idle and activate CC or CAN DBW, the DBW control is correctly taken by CC/CAN DBW, but the idle seems partially to stay active, means my ignition angle is and stays fixed to idle angle even if i accelerate out of idle range. I think this completly kills all setups with DBW CAN control only.
Can’t find a log at the moment, but can do one if needed.
Makes sense.
I just think that a full CAN DBW control is a nice feature/interface which offers endless possibilities to extend the EMU functions with individual stuff.
But probably nearly noone needs/uses this.
