  • A factors sequence decoder added, allowing the creation of custom cam pattern decoders.

FUELING:

  • Improved engine startup when “Squirt twice per cycle” is selected.
  • The primary injectors’ calibration table has been changed to 3D (battery voltage vs. effective fuel pressure).

PADDLESHIFT:

  • Support for the 1-N-2 gear sequence added.
  • A feature for shifting from 1 to N with a solenoid pulse was added.

FLEXFUEL:

  • Custom calibration functionality has been added.

VTEC:

  • Fixed an issue related to the VTEC off delay.

CAN (Controller Area Network):

  • Haltech oil temperature value fixed.
  • Porsche wheel speed readings corrected.
  • Clio RS 3 air conditioning clutch issue fixed.
  • CAN stream for BMW E90 series restored and optimized for code size.
  • Modified CAN stream for Fiat 500 / Grande Punto (torque, DCTs, hand brake).
  • Alfa Romeo GT V6 937 / 947 updates.

DBW (Drive-By-Wire):

  • Fixed the undo operation when calibration fails or is interrupted by the user.
  • Improved behavior when the real throttle position exceeds 100% or goes below 0%.
  • Additional DEBUG information added for DBW (issue related to “derUltraTT”).

LOG:

  • Added a data-changing channel that activates when variables and tables in the ECU are modified by the user.
  • Fixed a bug related to conditional logging.
  • Improved the importing time of BG3 files.

HELP:

  • Flex Fuel help documentation added.
  • Paddle shift strategy help updated (1-N-2 gear sequence and Multiple pulse control method).

OTHER:

  • The “Make map permanent” (F2) function now clears marks from modified cells when the ECU is not connected.
  • Internal DAC calibration fixed.
  • During the “make permanent” process, when the ignition is turned off, the ECU remains active (provided it is connected properly).

Hi,
i found an issue regarding CC (not related to 3.038).
When u are a longer time overtarget speed…e.g. in downhill…CC sets DBW to min and never comes back again. Probably somehow the anti windup does not work and the integral is at minus infinity.
20241021_1803_rev83x_schaffahoim.emublog3 (3.7 MB)
AudiTT_AJQ_rev83.emub3 (64.6 KB)
At around 7:40 in the measurement.
Can u have a look at this plz?

I just discover a small visual ofset lines are a little off

Looks like e90 can stream is back and working, are you planning to add brake and clutch over can? and other stuff like fuel pump, cruise control switch?
I can share peak usb over network if need.

If you provide me data, I would love to add it

Do we have a Short pulse width adder table or is this something your planing on adding?

it isbon the list but there is no ETC

I analyzed your log and it is a logic issue.

The cruise controll commanded DWB target is lower than target from table with released pedal. CC strategy treats is as you want to override its command and do not alter PID (it is suspended).

I need to think about the best solution (i think there should be minimal PPS threshold and also minimal DBW position for cruise control strategy), as well new log channels must be added with information about CC DBW suspension.

Did you planned to implement all
GRA features Volkswagen/audi?

At the moment is working:
On/ off
Resume

But not
Up. → this works in v2
Down
Cancel → this works in v2

Question: where can i find can sw 14 → LC? Clutch?

Will be addded in next version.

LC should be On when the gearbox is in LC mode.

I noticed an issue regarding interaction idle vs CC/CAN DBW.
When u are in idle and activate CC or CAN DBW, the DBW control is correctly taken by CC/CAN DBW, but the idle seems partially to stay active, means my ignition angle is and stays fixed to idle angle even if i accelerate out of idle range. I think this completly kills all setups with DBW CAN control only.
Can’t find a log at the moment, but can do one if needed.

DBW CAN cotnrol was added for external paddle shift controllers to allow them blips

I will investiagate it and patch this condition.

if i create dbc file is there enough info?
only main stuff what we need.

it would be the best

Makes sense.
I just think that a full CAN DBW control is a nice feature/interface which offers endless possibilities to extend the EMU functions with individual stuff.
But probably nearly noone needs/uses this.

Is used with external paddleshit control system and i would say is used quite often here in uk.

but you do not downshift during idle

I will fix this situation for the next build.

Dear Jadzwin, please help me.

Please see video Dropbox

after reconnect to emublack and choice use data from emublack i see 0 in maps.

Did you reset the laptop ?
