ACC TPS Rate DBW

Hi guys,

I’m running a VR6 with a Bosch DBW setup… Everything works as it should, from idle to full-load operation.

Now to my issue:

It’s about the ACC enrichment. What’s really noticeable is that my TPS rate is extremely inaccurate, overly sensitive, and quite erratic.

To get it somewhat under control, I’ve had to set the update rate to 100ms and apply a 98% filter just to achieve a somewhat clean signal curve.

That can’t be normal, right?

Do you have any tips for me?

check the wiring from the computer to the throttle valve, and show the log of the analog input channel where the TPS is located
