Bucking 5 cyl Turbo

Good day all,

Merry Christmas to everyone.

I am hoping for some insight if anyone can help pls.

Summary:

Engine :Audi AAN (5cyl 20v Turbo)

Full build engine(forged, headwork, etc).GT35 turbo

ECU:EMU Black, PnP harness (self made).AEM AFR.

My tuning capabilities: Questionable

Problems:

  1. Bucking between 1800 -2100rpm or light rev limit if i can call it that.

  2. Hard start but do start after couple swings ,but idles very low and as she warms become higher.

  3. Tacho working intermittently.

  4. I loaded the base map provided for the AAN PnP harness. Started first swing  though very rich. I then continued to change injector settings to the 1000cc bosch injectors (high imp) I installed , added my custom pressure sensors(fuel press and oil press (not sure they are right due to readings :man_shrugging: )I do not recall having the bucking at first test drive but suspect I got it after trying to adjust Idle settings ,enrichment and start up settings. I have tried reverting settings but not loading older map.
I am trying to get a slightly ok map going as my tuners are closed till Middle Jan.
I can recreate the limiter with light throttle input also while at rest. The car does pass this limiter freely if I just input more throttle, and it seems when I input heavier accel it does not do the bucking either while driving, seems its a slow eccel thing( tps thing maybe?)

  5. Hard start has to be start up settings but I am not sure what, I have adjusted CLT to RPM, 0-40*c it is at 1300 rpm then starts ramp down to 900 rpm Problem is it does not go up close to 1300 rpm while warming but do eventually end up around 900 rpm when warm. It is just cold start up with low Idle at beginning, When warm she starts perfect. Engine uses the stock idle control solenoid.

Apologies for the long memo also, trying to give as much info as possible. I will be logging data today possibly. Just some pointers if possible.

Kind Regards
