ecumaster EMU PL when starting the ECUmaster client swears in the wrong language in Windows and closes with an error, which can only work on Polish Windows. This is only when connected to the ECU itself; If not connected, it works. Is there a way to set it up without using Polish?

buy ecu for your dealer not cheap one form Poland…
I solved it using Virtualbox+win.10-PL 
Firstly, I got it along with the car. Secondly, why should I pay more than the Poles? Thirdly, I solved this a long time ago by completely changing the Windows region and forgot.
Just completely change the Windows region to Poland or, as written below, use a virtual machine with Polish Windows
