Hi , I am trying to figure out my problem for months but no luck for now.car is ae101 corolla 4afe engine.
i ve done wiring as fuel implant and everything was well with stock 170cc injectors.then i changed injectors with 550 cc bosch ev14 ones for turbo project.my current setup is bank fire mode-divider2 .deadtime is 0,85 ms battery correction is 0,10 ms.on warm idle pulsewidth around 1.68-1.70ms with 14,7afr and very stable.but i have a sudden skip at idle like misfire.when it happens my afr gauge shows 15,9 afr.it feels like a cut .when u make a change in device memory when running u feel a cut.this is almost same feel as it.
so far i ve done and nothing changed.
1-changed 3 set of spark plugs
2-changed ignition coil
3-changed 12v and ground locations
4-tps and tps rate settings updated.
5.deadtime and offset setting updated
6-rich afr value tested like 13,13,5and 14
7-disabled ego correction,table switch.
8-fuel pressure lowered fron 43,5 to 39psi
9-300 cc glanza injectors tested.same issue as 550 cc ones.
