Ecumaster products and usb to can adapter

Hello.

I have rather strange question, I have recently purchased ADU7 and for configuration I need to obtain usb to can adapter.

My question is: will any usb to can adapter work, for example motec or any other?

Or does its messages are encrypted and only ecumaster usb to can adapter will work with ecumaster products ?

Sorry if this has been discussed previously, I did not find answer to this question.
