I appreciate that, just thought it might be a good compromise while we wait and see if the original gets applied to the app. I also noticed I had to push the extremes out and make them even to get Lambda 1.0 in the centre of the gauge. Once you do that itās basically the same thing.

I have good news. It is possible - actually itās in progress already and should be implemented in upcoming versions.
In E-dash, there is not a possibilty to check the EDL firmware version, only ECU version.
But I have checked it, on the windows software a there it looks it is at version 1.25
For the Lag problem, I have to use a Camera, I have found out if the bleutooth light is flashing, I have no problems, but sometimes if it stay on (not flashing), this is when try to edit the layout, after that the lag appears and the E-dash isn`t responsive anymore, closing the app, by closing the app the phone doesn`t see the emulogger anymore, turn bleutooth off and on. And then It works again.

I want to first thank the Ecumaster team for creating such a great app.
The issues are;
- The app isnāt scanning for bluetooth devices, itās prohibited and states ā Bluetooth and location permissions are required to scan and connect to BLE devicesā
- Some features like Boost is not compatible and displays an exclamation sign.
*Got it to connect to my Samsung S20 Ultra (Android 13)
- Its a nice feature that the app connects to the bluetooth automatically when the app is opened. However, if I switch off the BT Module and the app is still opened when the BT Module is powered back on it doesnāt connect automatically. Iād have to close the app and reopen for it to connect automatically. Iām not sure if this can be resolved, if not, I still appreciate the auto connection as this is a step above emudash3.

I took some time to set up my layout and gathered some feedback based on my experience.

The crop option on a custom background was not displaying the image, although it still worked properly.

It would be nice if the app could trigger the OS full-screen mode automatically to hide the navigation bar and provide a cleaner aesthetic.

It would be useful to have the option to remove borders on all features, not just text boxes.

Adding status indicators (for fans, fuel pumps, etc.) would help ensure everything is functioning properly.

Resizing widgets is a bit finicky; having to position the cursor precisely to resize can be difficult.

Issue: With engine running and connected, changes to values (RPM, Oil pressure etc) have delay of several seconds.

Issue: After Updating ECU and EDL-1 to the latest Software the EDL-1 is shown under the mobile phone settints āEMULOGGERā but in the App this Device does not show up. The EDL-1 Status Blue LED is blinking that the Device is ready for connection

Same as above, i updated EDL today, it stopped working with RealDash and none of the eDash apps can see it (and directly using bluetooth i can see it but pairing it doesnt seem to work when i go back to the app)
New users cant attach files but heres the EDL-Info file from the SD after the update

I cleaned the SD and added the firmware again and it updated again, i turned off and on the car and made sure inserting the SD would start logging. It did, but the new EDL-info file is now empty.
Also on the ONN tablet specifically, android 11, it wont rescan for devices, it only says āBluetooth and location permissions are required to scan and connect to BLE deviceā. In the permissions tab theres no permission for bluetooth or nearby devices, so maybe in Android 11 the app should be looking for a different permission that might be already granted but has a different name, variable in android 11.

I tried the app on 3 devices and it doesnāt scan BT on any of them.

They donāt scan for BT. Same error on them,
āPermission denied, Bluetooth and Location permissions are required to scan and connect to BLE devices. ā
I turned on BT and GPS on my devices, I checked the permissions of the app and they look fine, I donāt know what else I should do.
The old app works fine on Lenovo.
Please delete the edl-info file and then insert the card again.
The edl info file is written only once, and in your file there is no information about your module.
