Egt grounding strategy

Hi there, I’m preparing to do a full new harness on a car using an EMU pro8. I’d like to take advantage of the ability to run 4 egt probes, but am kind of lost on how to wire the K type wire to the precision analog pins. I assume the CH wire connects to the analog pin, but where do the AL wires connect? Are they supposed to tie into the analog ground somehow? I only see one analog ground pin between the 3 plugs on the ECU, if I tie the egt in there, what do I do with the half dozen or more other analog sensors? I don’t mean to sound like a newb here. I’m not one, but I’m definitely confused.

Thanks!

I’ve read that. But don’t understand what it’s telling me. I guess the part that is confusing me is where it says to connect between the input and analog ground or between two adjacent inputs. The adjacent inputs thing makes me feel like I’m connecting egt1+ to input 1 and egt1- to input 2. Egt2+ to input 3 and egt2- to input 4. I’m guessing that incorrect. Or if it is correct, where to I connect egt 3 and 4?

Sorry for being dense here. I’ve only ever used a CAN module that had +/- pins for every probe. This is new to me.

@mkuklis_ECUMASTER Do you have any advice here? I’ve got a nice big roll of k type wire, I just need to figure out how to wire it. Do I just wire the + to the 4 precision inputs, and the - to the analog ground along with everything else analogy? If it’s that simple I’ll get it done and move on with life.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Positive to the precision input, negative to analog ground.

Confirmed here.

Perfect, I appreciate the help!
