EMU Black v3 2002 Ford Focus SVT — Cold Rich Condition

Hi all, I’m looking for some input on a Focus SVT we’re working on. The car is running very rich, particularly on cold start, and we’re seeing a persistent gap between measured lambda and lambda target that we can’t seem to figure out.

The error is there from the moment the engine fires and doesn’t fully resolve even as the engine warms up. We’ve gone through the warmup enrichment tables, afterstart enrichment, and closed loop settings but nothing obvious is jumping out as the clear cause.

Has anyone run into a situation on the EMU Black where lambda consistently doesn’t chase the target, even with the sensor reading valid and closed loop conditions met?

It seems that I’m missing something, and wondering if anyone with more experience could help me out?

I’ve attached the calibration file and a data log of a cold start through to warm idle with a few throttle blips. If anyone has a few minutes to take a look and point us in the right direction we’d really appreciate it.

Thanks in advance!
