Hello guys im having issue from nowhere ecu was working without issues. After lunch i went to the customer car wanted to continue with work preparing inputs outputs etc and now it just beeps in sequence every second and wont boot up cant conect to it.
Confirm you have power on pins B8 & B14 when B15 is powered.
It is. I have checked with multimeter. Got power there. Grounds are good also.
Sounds like a new build.
You have to confirm whether it’s a wiring issue or an ECU issue.
Remove the ECU from the vehicle and put it on the bench.
Connect power and CAN, and see if you can connect that way.
Allright ill do that probably at weekend when ill go there again. When it will not conect on bench. It will need to be send to you for a check up ? Because when this happend there was no change in ecu wiring around that time so i dont think this is wiring related.
Yes, if you have the same issue with minimal wiring on the bench, you will need to send it in for testing and repair.
If nothing changed in the wiring in the meantime, there is a very small chance it is the issue. But there is a chance.
I never assume anything, because anything can happen. To rule something out, I have to test it. And testing it on the bench will give you full confidence to rule out one option.
