I’m having problems with the high-pressure pump. The GDI won’t let it run. The pump still creates maximum pressure even though it was disconnected.
Could someone tell me what is wrong?
I met similar issue on EA888 1gen , there was 2 types of pumps(bosch - hitachi) and ecu control logic. They are inverted in control. But it was on OEM ecu, so i was forced to change ecu for type which was factory suited for particular pump. Maybe its also your problem?
thanks for the advice but I have the option to change whether it is turned on by voltage or by turns off. it doesn’t work for me on any function anymore
in GDI there are these errors: Peak, Hold not achieved and off time timeout.

If you have a Bosch pump and you get maximum pressure with the pump solenoid disconnected, then your pump/solenoid is dead.
If it’s Hitachi, having max pressure when disconnected is expected. In that case, you have the wrong configuration.
You need to make sure which system you have.
I have this part 03C 127 026 E I think it’s a Hitachi.if I change the delivery in the configuration when unpowered it still doesn’t work.
Also can someone tell me the correct connection? I have an emu pro(A09)—GDI(A08), the pump is according to the ecumaster diagram on A13 and A07 but according to the diagram that was for gdi it should be B1 and B8
We don’t have a base map for that engine, so what is your source of configuration parameters? Did you measure the pump’s first lobe offset? Did you measure the camshaft lobe profile?

and as for the measurements, we haven’t done any measurements with the 2.0 tsi yet. for now we are just trying to achieve 100% functional control of all components

Without a proper first lobe offset for the pump, pressure control will not work. The pump is working in sync with the camshaft, so it’s like setting an incorrect TDC offset for the trigger system. If it’s way off, you can’t start the engine.
You can’t test the pump control without this parameter being correct.

First lobe TDC offset has to be measured, not calculated.
Did you set the pump solenoid current profile in the GDI driver?
Did you confirm the pump current with an oscilloscope and current probe?
yes I connected it according to the new connections available online, yes I have the settings where I am. I measured the settings of the first lobe. I calculated the pump flow and control according to the shape of the camshaft. The pump does not even try to control, as if it is not controlled by where. Now where it is not reporting a timeout error but the other two are still on

At this point, you would have to confirm the current through the solenoid with an oscilloscope.
