Hi everyone I am tuning a Ford Escort RS Cosworth on EMU Classic.

Trigger 36-1 is checked with timing light. New injectors and new TSI coils.

Under acceleration around boost and low boost the engine is jerking. In logs you can see unstable RPM.

I tried different ignition settings and different lambda but nothing helps.

Spark plugs are new gap set to 0.7. Compression on all cylinders is around 10 to 11 bar.

I attach logs and maps. Maps are still rough because this is early stage of tuning.

Had a quick look at your files.

You have an unexpected missing tooth error in your log.

Also Battery voltage is very unstable.

Your coil dwell at seems low in the 14v range. You could be drowning the spark.

These are the stand outs to me. Start with those.
