I have a car 2 fuelpumps and when it activateds pressure spikes and car runs lean.
On high load its ok. But low loads shouldnt activate the pump i know . But when it does. It needs 30 percent more fuel. 3bar vs 5 bar.
Customer has Manual over write switch on the pump
I add no problem. But what is fuel regulation system in this car ? Why the pressure changes ? Is the fuel rail properly defined ? I’m not sure if just a dead time correction helps.
Can we get a second output for boost controller inverted from first one ?
We use a lot of double pierburg valves for boost Control.
Way better resolution and controll then with mac valve 4way. Less broken boost control valves.

These modified data I can see. But its not possible to reset it via F2 button like in v2 version.
Talking about some value changes. . .
I noticed that there is bold font in cell when value is changed but also there is yellow triangel in corner.
Does it have olready some function?
It would be great that triangel would change the color for example red for higher number and blue triangel for lower number than originally is calibrated.
Similar like in SW INCA (ETAS)
@Jadzwin_ECUMASTER Would it be possible to include the cruise control status in the CAN message stream, I’d like to have one of the user LED’s on my ADU7 light up when Cruisecontrol is enabled
Hey I have a Audi tt vr6 with the intake manifold flaps. I’m not seeing anyway to control those like in V2 with the parametric any suggestions on what I should do?
The DBW calibration tool doesn’t work correctly.
It fails with an error like “no throttle body movement detected”. I removed the throttle and saw that the calibration tool always wants to go in the wrong direction.
My motor polarity is wired wrong, so I enabled “Invert motor direction” in V2.
But even if I enable this function in V3 and then start the calibration tool, the throttlebody always moves in the closed direction.
this also broke a plastic gear inside the throttlebody
then I inserted random values in the “PID Above Limp Position” to test and the throttle suddenly moves as it should. (look at my screenshot)
Hello,
when Iam trying to proceed the scatter from 20minutes long log, the scatter is drawn but program stuck and has to be shutted down.
In version v2 it was possible to open 5h long log with no problem.
Also the loading the log takes much more time.
From some reason (several restarts and colapses of program) I already dont have following and also upper mentioned problem"
*1 - * There is problem when Iam trying to analyze the datalogger file.
When I connect several datalogger measurements ".BG3" in to one log (Append Log function), and then save it as ".emublog3", then I have no problem to analyze it and it seems to be realy fast.
2 -
I also noticed that when I export data to CSV than I see diferen time stamp in Ecumaster SW and diferent in “competitor SW”.
When log is fully zoomed out both timestap corespond.
But when log is zoomed-in in Ecumaster there is time shift.
I’ve tested DBW autotune again and it works properly in all combinations of motor polarity and TPS connection.
Please provide me the log file to see what could be a problem.
Also during the calibration the limited torque is provided to the throttle motor, so if your plastic gear broke, it would probably brake in very near future.
However log analyzes shed more light on this issue.
