Do you have a vision to add a flag or warming if you have hit any of your engine protection parameters (for quicker review or diagnostics)? Along the same line maybe a long trim correction table for any of the fuel, ign, or boost table/settings?
Just a Thought Coming from a newbie, I find version 3 to be a great leap forward.
A few thoughts from someone without much experience with standalone. Please look at updating the Help section . With Diagrams ,Typical s Max and mins and starting points and Realistic tables .Example (Cranking Fuel Table) This would help tremendously . I know all engines are different and impossible to provide everyone details .From what I have seen the help section is better . Just need little more improvement .Please take this as a positive with the goal of putting out awsome product.
I dont know if it is bug or feature - but yesterday I spent some time struggeling with comparing calibration data.
In the function “Compare current project” there is no feedback that “User defined CAN stream” setting is different.
Talking about “Compare current project”, there is already working feature “Use value” or overtake calubration in section “View variables” which is great and saves so much time !
It would be grrat to have this function also for section “View tables”.
I understand that its dificult because axes can be defined diferently. But for fleet of several cars mostly with same engine like in my case the base calibration is identical.
I belive that Iam not only one who work with fleet of cars with same engine and this functionallity would be really handy.
There can be some popup winfow just to warn other users that they should be sure axis has identical settings in compared data.
I’ve already added User CAN stream to compare project. Right now it is just User CAN stream, but you can copy it, and what is important, you know there are differencies.
According tables it is much more complex as some axes are common for several tables. I will try to implement something in the future.
Hello, I have a problem with the output test.
I can’t get the output test to test injectors. I can hear my coils clicking, when testing these, but I can’t get the injectors to click. I also cant read voltage with a voltmeter or get a light to flash when trying to test injectors. Is there something I’m missing?
Probably the power supply to the injectors is missing. some cars have a supply connected to the fuel pump. Activate the fuel pump relay and try. However, remember that you will inject fuel, so decrease the pulse numbers.
Yes, you are right, the situation with axes I got.
But in situation when you are using the same axes setting in whole fleet - it should work with no problem. Or?
Just some notification for calibrator should be added that project can be ruined becouse of that fact (“Calibration is not overtaken properly when different axes setting”).
