Hi,
I installed a BOSCH DBW 0 280 750 156 with an EMU BLACK and I can’t get it to work properly.
It doesn’t open fully and keeps clicking and rattling.
I checked my wiring, everything seems fine to me.
G2-Hbridge1A to Pin4
G10-Hbridge1B to Pin1
B38-SensorGround to Pin2
B26- +5V to Pin3
B4-Analog2 to Pin5
B17-Analog3 to Pin6
I tested another one, and it does the same thing.
Have you ever encountered this problem?
Is it a compatibility issue?
Is the EMU BLACK faulty?

I assume you’ve done the DBW calibration? Are the pos MIN/MAX voltages correct? Also check the pos input settings from the pedal? IE input & inverse. AI like chatGPT is very useful for guidance/troubleshooting, especially if you prompt it properly.

I can hear mine rattling as well but the calibration tool finishes its calibration without errors. I thought it was part of the process?
