Problems with getting m50b20nv running

So shortly, When i had it on v2 it was running fine and every seemed to be nice. I thought of updating my software. I did it and now. Im having all kinds of problems trying to get it to run. Mainly it starts for a secound and just dies slowly but not to slow. Also the CAN-BUS started showing errors randomly jumping in between usages like 6.5 and 12.5.

I havent done much to the engine yet just r8 coilpacks what work perfectly and 2.5l injectors. I doubt those things would cause it to die.

I’m no tuner to be said, Im doing this as my hoppy and i genuinely cant figure it out.

So if someone could help me id be much appreciated and thankful.

There are some significant differences in the way ignition is set up, and the table scaling has changed such that previously 100% meant zero change, now zero = zero change and 100% = Double.

It is worth reading all the available documentation relating to the changes to help you convert to V3.
