Subaru 2.5 non turbo coil

So I have Subaru coil with two signal wires . Wasted spark . One circuit runs 1-3 the other 2-4 . I do not understand how to hook it up ? EMU black with DBW all it talk about coil on plug types not this basic wasted spark . Any help would be greatly appreciated

Subaru boxer firing order is 1-3-2-4, so for wastespark the paired cylinders would be 1+2 and 3+4.
Wire ignition output 1 to cylinders 1+2 and ignition output 2 to 3+4. Then in the software assign the outputs to alternate like in the pic

Thank you , but where control wires pin out on connector for ECU master . That’s where I’m getting lost
