working on multiple vehicles with Hall Effect Sensors connected to WSStoCAN modules. In one vehicle the WSS are showing negative, in the other, they are showing positive. I’ve checked directionality of the WSSs themselves, this does not seem to be the issue. However the Firmware versions on both ECUs is different. one is vs. 15, one is vs. 16. Is there a way to update WSStoCAN firmware to 16?

What is shown as positive or negative?
You can update the firmware with Light Client.
There is a dedicated button for that.
