Okay thank you,
Sorry I spent a lot of time learning v2 through trial and error setting the car up.
I am confused why the TPS signal would just be the TPS lead on the ecu, that’s confusing.
My PPS lead is now the tps signal, but the PPS signal is now the tps lead. Seems very confusing.
Where can I read about this because I know the help section isn’t finished yet and it seems that much of this is unique to v3.
Thank you,
Any idea what I should do about the function map issue?
TPS is a throttle position sensor. Now in V3 it is more logical as it points to the throttle position not a pedal position.
According functions you need to define it in metric system not imperial (even the units are imperial).
There is not support for imperial units in functions right now, but it will be fixed soon.
So will this only work if I set the whole ecu to read in metric? Because it only shows the option for psi a, in functions and doesn’t let me add more than 72psi. If it’s metric it will be kpa? If so I need alot more room than 72psi. To overcome this I need to set the whole ecu to metric then right?
just the functions. For example 33psi is a 33kPa. the same temperature.
the easiest way right now is to change to metric, setup functions and then switch for imperial units again
Okay think I got it sorted.
Set the config to metric, then 233kpa,
Then back to imperial.
Also sorted the DBW parameters.
I don’t have an additional check wired, but never had one for the tps prior so figured I’d keep the check on the PPS the way it was before.
