Evo 8 first start, wont fire

Hey guys, finally got most of my settings dialed in, was able to get a scop, and a log.
The car will cranks, loads of fuel but not fire, can someone take a look and tell me what you think

Try selecting invert phase under ignition firing order. I just had this issue. If your Ignition offset was 2 in the V2 software, that will likely be the cause. Let me know if it works!

My offset in v2 was 1.
I will try and invert phase and see what happens. I am not the most experienced turner so with some of this I’m just kind of shooting in the dark

Check your VE table, i am think your table similar with ignition and very strange for VE.

Unfortunately didn’t work.

Also was told my ign outputs should be 1-22-1
This will not fire the car.
Going back to 12-12 as was in v2
Gets the car to want to fire but still will not start

Good catch. I copied wrong tables from v2!

Please add cranking fuel

My VE table was my ign table.
Fixing that now and will retry

my cranking fuel table, your table have few fuel for start

1212 -it wont work because on V2 you assigning coils to ignition events not cylinder numbers in v3 you assigning cols outputs to cylinder numbers that major difference. Try to understand idea behind you assign output to CYLINDER NUMBER NOT EVENT and your coils are connected cyl 1 and 4 and cyl 2 and 3 together

That makes sense.
I’ve changed back to 1221
Also added 250 and then 450 into cranking fuel. Still will not start unfortunately

My AFR’s are showing rich, at 11.8 after just cranking. So I am sure it’s getting plenty of fuel

Please try with 100 and up,

also disable cam tooth sync window on primary is for completely different purpose .

I have. I’ve used 250 in cranking fuel.
I’m getting a map and dbw error
I remember in v2 a dbw error can kill ignitions channels. Not sure what the error is however
[

those are historical errors only thing you interested is CEL status at the bottom
btw your map is not calibrated properly (unless you are 2000m over sea level)

I am at around 5500ft elevation.
Denver Colorado

Also I’ve reset the errors and they come back after cranking

please ignore saved errors now, I need to check if it works correctly

Okay no problem.
Unfortunately the car will still not fire and I flooded it by playing with the above mentioned cranking fuel.
Went back to v2 and struggled to fire the car through the flooding. But I did and it’s fine now.

However v3 is still a no start
