i had 1-2-4-6-3 with offset 2 on the v2 emu. is the fire order correct with 4-5-3-1-2?
try invert phase in firing order settings.
otherwise you need to check timing with the lamp
also if you have offset 2 in v2 try the following firing order: 3-1-2-4-5
it seems more like fuel is missing. as i dont get any pop out of it. i had a pmw controlled fuel pump running on v2. via aux 1 for the power supply + pwm output via aux2. i dont know if i messed up some of the pmw output settings itself. i set it to always active so it puts out 80%dc when i crank.
i attached 2 pics
Your spark could be out of the phase so no combustion evidence is possible.
If you had offset 2 in V2 your configuration is wrong for sure.
Try change firing order and then check.
Also check your spark plugs to see if they are wet
I installed v2 back. Starts without a problem. I changed to your settings and got out one big bang
You need to verify the timing with the lamp. for 5 cyl engine the conversion is not a straithforward
i can do again. but i dont think it will change a thing. i already did it when i mounted everything.
but in v3 there is no such thibg like ingition output offset. so you need to setup trigger with the lamp.
I have r32 and I had the same problem as you, after several tests I succeeded!!!
I think I already found my problem. Cranking fuel was way to lean. I give it a shot tomorrow. I forgot about the percentage and was still at ms injection time so I hope that was the only problem.
As I wrote before it seems like no fuel. Make a sense if I try to start with 3-4%
