K8 DOHC Engine Trigger Setup

Hello.
I need some help with triggers setup for a Mazda MX-3 1.8 V6 DOHC K8 engine.
The crankshaft pulley has a VR sensor with 6-tooth, evenly spaced, and the distributor has two Hall sensors for the camshafts: one with a single tooth and one with 6 teeth.
Attached you can see scope an actual trigger setup.
Right now, I have primary trigger set to multi-tooth and CAM1 set to 1 tooth.
When I crank the starter motor, I see that the ECU shows synchronized, but the engine doesn’t make any attempt to start.

Hope you can help me. Thanks

here’s my settings from my KLDE, which I believe should be the same.
I found that the trigger tooth and angle needs to be pretty dead one or the ignition event happens off the rotor.
I disconnected all the other spark plugs besides cylinder 1 and disabled all the ignition events except for ign event 1 when timing it with a timing gun just to be sure I had it correct.

You don’t need the cam #2 input for engine sync, effectively this engine is a 6 tooth wheel and a single tooth cam.

Post a log of a start attempt, there’s so many things it could be and a log and tune file would narrow it down a lot.
