I think it will not help as there is no substantial changes to VW CAN stream.

I can’t find any change made from 3.032 that could influence the ESP

Could you please check If the log channel brake switch shows the brake pedal state ?
Also could you please downgrade to 3.032 and check if the ESP issue disappear ?

i tested a while, it is not the firmware that causes the error. When i use the quick safe file from 3.032 it does not appear, so i have to find the change in other file that causes the error

Try to disable the Keypad. It is possible there is an clash between VW id and your current keypad ID

I compared both project, the only diff is CAN SW assignemet for paddle emulation.
The CAN switch 13 is used by VW CAN stream so you shouldn’t use.

I look at the log and everything seems to work as it is set up.
Also you PID for idle ignition cotnrol is much much too agresive.
Your exit rates are very low so the ignition retard, and spark cut lasts after the overrun is finished. You can see all of this on Overrun status channel

Could you point me a time on the log you think something is wrong ?

Changed to switch 19 no change of behavior

It sets esp light only in cluster and this fault code in esp

You can delete it and it stays away until ignition change :man_shrugging:t2:

Dear Jadzwin, what level of MAP should be specified so that the car does not stall, at idle my MAP around 41, I tried both 41 and 25, the car stalls when stopped.

IDLE custom airflow compensation table

i use AC to activate

ac pressure on Y
targetRPM on X

ac pressur Y can not be calibrated for 400kpa to 2500kpa

It should be lower than your MAP pressure on idle.
You can enter 0 there and check if it helps.

Have with SW 3.035 ESP errors. It appears unexpected. Sometimes when the car stand but the most time when I drive. Car is an TT MK2.
Have for engine and can coding the default values. Maybe It would help when I put there other values in ?

is it possible to get a idle valve dc raise after startup inplemented. the rpm raise doesnt work on an old mk3 vr6 idle vavle. but it always worked with the afterstart dc idle raise on v2.

also we have some problems. we switched from a classic to emu black with v3 and when the engine stalls, there is still shown some rpms in the tune display and of course fuel pump and injectors are still running. its just when the engine stalls, not when we turn off ignition. any idea?

proper coding could help.
also please calibrate the steering wheel sesnor with the vcds.

Just use afterstart target RPM increase.

According thr issue with the rpm after stall just for tests set filter for the primary trigger to medium and let me know if it helps
