Yes, engine normal work.
It is 2nd time I see that.
Start windows client but without usb cable connected.
Then press SHIFT+F9 the console panel should appear.
Connect usb cable turn ignition on and copy the whole console log to file.

I have some troubles with using the new software. i had tuningdata what was developed on 3.037 software.
so what i did:
step 1. i did open the 3.038 software on my laptop en connected the emu
Step 2. i did open the 3.037 file with new tune for the car
Step 3. i got a fault message that i needed newer firmware, the data was made with 3.037 and was already on 3.038 firmware
Step 4. i did download the 3.037 software again and now it fails to run the firmare.
what happens now is: Firmware is running fine on laptop, when connecting the emu it shut down and give a fault message.
i will send the bugfile within this message.

unisntall the software and instale 3.038
Already did, but now has same problem with 3.038 software…
without emu connected no problems, but if i switch on contact it bugs and close firmware
Go to my documents / ecumaster / emu black v3
there is a directoey with your ecu serial number.
Delete all xml files

But…
when i first open the firmware, i’ve got many tabs with “not selected” configurations. i can screenshot if you would want to know what i mean.
Then when i try to upload the firmware what is made with 3.037 firmware, i get a strange tab what says i need to install the newest firmware. while i am already running 3.037?
or am i so stupid haha

Could you give me step by step reporduction ?
what windows do you use? did you make windows update ?
win10 pro, updated to last updates
If you have any other PC to check if connect would be great.
Otherwise you should have the current calibration in quick save directory.
So you can try to run EMU BLACK V2 software and try to connect.
It should ask you about firmware upgrade what is an option.
And then install V3 again.

Yes it is 3.038, same i have now with 3.037 since i did an mapping write on the emu.
It will appear when i connect the EMU, if i only run the firmware without emu then there is no problem at all.
