The software and firmware is ready. Now we are fixing minor issue, also for the next build there will be on big change that makes many people happy

The official release is planned in November during Professional Motor Sport expo in Cologne

Hello, Im having an issue with flex fuel boost control. After setting up blend boost via ethanol content in parameters and setting up a second target table the logged target does not change, but the boost limit show my changes changes to that map, I also don’t understand the target correction map if I’m blending the 2 target maps. I’m not sure what I’m missing or if this is a bug

We made research and were able to reproduce the problem when the grounds were messed. Then all loads like DBW, coils, WBO influences the EGT readings.

With the proper grounding of the ECU all works well.

Hello all !

New to Standalone and ECU Black . I have a fresh 1JZ gte non vvti Build with 90mm throttle body 850cc Injectors and Large forward facing Intake .

I elected to go to version 3 . 3.055 straight out of box . The car starts runs and idles but have a few issues I was hoping to get pointed in the right direction . I spend a fair amount of Time reading the Forums here and on FB but really limited on knowledge , Most info is on v2 and will not comply on v3.

Starts . Cranks and starts but usually takes 2-3 x for 3-4 sec each. Once started it wants to die . Tried ADDING and removing fuel in cranks section and after start but no luck . Increased Prim pulse seemed to help with start but still starts week .

In need of .Cranking fuel base Values After start and warmup base values .

Couple of things being new this software is easy to navigate love the layout and V3 seems responsive . I would ask for little more detail in the help section . Baseline Graphs and or ranges . Although the help is descent certain areas need improvement . I my case . Is there a location for v3 base maps ?

Thank you !!

all tune is standart.
make shure what you properly setup engine displacement, inj deadtimes, inj flow, DFPR params.
Crancking airflow (in abs values, not in yours idle range)
0–20°C: 6–8%
20–60°C: 5–6%
80–100°C: 4–5%
Cranking fuel - make shure you have properly tuned idle state VE, and something good in cranking zone
good starting for tune params
– -20°C: 320%
– 0°C: 260%
– 20°C: 190%
– 40°C: 150%
– 60°C: 125%
– 80–100°C: 110%

”Once started it wants to die” - it is ASE, look on it, it need to add some values.
Afterstart enrichment % vs CLT:
– -20°C: 45%
– 0°C: 35%
– 20°C: 25%
– 40°C: 18%
– 60°C: 12%
– 80–100°C: 8%
Afterstart decay: 3–6 s
engine need time to smoot transistion into warmup

try use ignition lock in afterstart - to prevent idle IGN correction to oscillate you engine, or set idle afterstart delay to 3-6 s

to properly tune Warm Up, you need wideband to work and show values. best practice is to 1..2 point reacher of idle AFR and slow tapper to idle lambda.
try use reach warmup 12.7. and it is too smell, make leaner

Hello,

Knock Level Peak = Engine noise - Knock voltage peak cyl.

Is it possible to add “Knock voltage peak cyl“ channel in logger please?

Thank you for you sharing your wisdom . I will give it a try and report back . The values in the help section kind of through me off a bit with the high values . I know all engines are different but looking for 1jz Base values .

Any thoughts on the prime pulse with my parameters ? Thank you !

many thanks will look into this as its on a plug and play loom ill have too the way forward

“Hi everyone, do you know why the ‘start delay’ option isn’t working? No matter what value I enter, my motor starts immediately! In my opinion, it even starts too quickly…”

A problem that’s rarely complained about. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

I’ve tested and it works like intended cut fuel. Also it can cut ingnition when you select Disable spark when start delay.

I’ve check the startegy and works ok. Could you provide your project to test ?

I figured out what I was doing wrong, duty cycle table axis changed from petal request to boost requests, I noticed that today and its working as it should now that I have set my duty based on requested boost

The problem is with the interpretation of Lambda target set in Nitrous strategy.

Tommorow I plan to release new version with this bug fixed.

Unfortunately, I had to realize that the start delay function is not working… the value is set to the maximum, and the ignition cut during the start delay was also activated… did I miss something?

Please publish the calibration file and the log when it doesnt work. I will test it on the simulator.

Is the Ecumaster dyno plot in kW & Nm or bhp & ftlbs? I assume it’s all metric inputs, so output would be kW & Nm, but can’t find where it’s stated in the manual anywhere.

solved. by removing the pnp adapter and changing to custom loom
