Should I run a fiesta mk7 on V3 with 1.6 HXJA dual vvt engine?
Shouldn’t be any issue
My first issue with DBW calibration tool…logging says TPS check status OK but calibration tool report it isnt
because calibration tool moves the throttle.
According the help:
Please correct the settings for the TPS main and check signal as it reports an error.
The defined difference in position between the TPS main and TPS check sensors exceeds the TPS voltage tolerance value. Please check the TPS voltage tolerance configuration and the TPS check tolerance table, or set the TPS check signal input to None during calibration.
So your check function is wrong probably. What I suggest is set Check signal input to none at this moment and allow the calibration. You will set the check function later when your throttle will work.
Maybe my guide back than can help: it’s not perfect but it could get you forward.
allright…just i was confused because log clearly says TPS check signal OK
Trigger Cam 2 settings question
If i want to use same settings for both cam triggers it means i have to use primary teeth window? souldnt be named as secondary teeth window?
anybody can tell me where to find oil press failsafe limits? Sill have OILP - CEL and cant figure out why
Also struggling with CAN-BUS … if there is ABS unit connected i have some issiues…if its disconnected it stays green
According Oil pressure. If you assigned any input for Oil pressure and the oil pressure is lower than 0.5 bar then the oil lamp will lit.
According ABS and canbus error it is very hard to say. Pleas publish the log, maybe there will be more information.

I think i got it… On the top is data comming from EMU, on the bottom is vehicle can, green are ABS data
It seems EMU and ABS unit both trying to overwrite ID530
Fiesta MK7 stream shouldnt send 0x530. I will check this today and let you know.
Yes yes I beleive you I need to check why it behaves like that.
I confirm EMU sends 0x212 (530 decimal)
I’m looking for another bug and as soon as I fix it I will upload new firmware with fix for Fiesta MK7
