New software 3.056 available!

Is there no solution for me?

there is base map for bub insatlled with v3.

Please copy trigger settings from it.

You can also use DSG settings.

There is nonoption to read cpding with the vcds. The only way I know is using usb2can ans read CAN data from ECU. However if your car systems are working (like esp, abs, etc) you coding is ok.

With this setting the car switches off immediately after starting, after switching off the second trigger it stays on, that’s why I sent the scope, if you look at the scope where the secondary trigger is on the emu goes crazy, I hope you have looked at that

Hello everyone.Happy to enjoy and help the develpment.

I just found out a V3 (3.056c) bug in the Cam Toothed wheel with missing tooth.Sync loss for 00:00.07s in random times. Also the ECU goes to AfterStart state in random times.I tested with a Wheel stimulator in bench on V3. I downgrade the software to 2.175b with same settings and same ECU and the issue was gone.

I cannot upload log because my account is new.

Please download the log here.

Thanks, Stratos

make s cope from cranking and post your settings scope and log when you try to start

I think there is a bug with the new CAM lvl sync option. With this active my engine says synced, but is just working in wasted spark mode. Without wasted spark it is not running.
I know i probably need to invert phase, but with and without phase inverted it doesnt change the situation.
I would also say when i switch CAM lvl high and low this should have the same effect as invert phase?
Here some logs, my project and two scopes with CAM falling edge and one with CAM rising edge:

scope_2025921_1339_rev102.emubscp3 (529 Bytes)

scope_2025921_1342_rev102_fallingCAM.emubscp3 (521 Bytes)

20250921_1436_rev102x_camlvl_sync_withwastedspark.emublog3 (114.8 KB)

20250921_1350_rev102_start_normal trigger.emublog3 (35.6 KB)

20250921_1349_rev102x_cam_lvl_sync_not_starting.emublog3 (33.7 KB)

AudiTT_AJQ_rev102.emub3 (72.6 KB)

I also think this option should be moved to secondary trigger menu as one of the pattern options (like in EMU pro).

It was reply for vr5turbo post

I will analyze yor case and come back to you!

that’s from the start

r32 bub dsg.emub3 (68.6 KB)

I need scope too and the settibgs

as I posted above ..I post it again
scope_2025916_1614 not use.emubscp3 (539 Bytes)
scope_2025916_1613 n+1.emubscp3 (566 Bytes)
scope_2025915_161 n+1.emubscp3 (659 Bytes)

Any updates somewhere freezing wont open?

Have you tried to invert phase?
Ignition-firing order and invert phase
My motor is bub and want this

Thanks for the tip, I’ll try it out tonight

We found out a bug test output screen Inj output test 2,3 ms makes same output

inj output test 4,5 ms makes also same output

Edit
We checked the INJ output with the scope. It is skipping odd numbers and drops to the closest lower even number as the output

Could you have a look and CANbus analog inputs, I’m sending PMU analogs to Black, receiving them on 66A and 66B.

CAN analog 11 and 12 don’t work, instead they appear on CAN analog 1 and 2.

For example analog 9 on PMU comes into black on 66B, then assigned to CAN analog 11 but appears on CAN anlog 1.

Also when crankcase pressure is assigned to a CAN analog channel the pressure value doesn’t change with voltage.

I will check it and let you know.

This feature is just for testing the outputs and connection, so the timing is rough (it doesnt use the queues used during normal operation).

There will be application help available soon (now the help is finished for all strategies) and this information will be included.

The problem is that on both missing tooth, the CAM sensor level is low. On the scope when the cam sensor level is high the dot is drawn on the upper part of the line (not in the middle).

On your scope both dots are in the middle. Not all cam trigger wheels are suitable for that

What beep sound ? This one made by ECU buzzer or by PC ?
