It might not be the driver, a faulty sensor or a stuck button could prevent the car from exiting cruise control. If the car keeps accelerating while you’re pressing the brake or clutch and you don’t react quickly enough, the result could be dangerous.
What are your settings for cam sync and ignition / firing order mode ?
Hello Jadzwin.
Thank you for reply.
Yesterday I adjusted the first trigger tooth and the trigger angle. The strobe light hits the mark perfectly (with fixed ignition angle). Settings in screenshot. Emu Black v3.063
Wasted spark only during cranking is not possible with your trigger as it has two gaps every 180 degs. So you need to change Mode in coils output to: Sequential
It is mentioned in the help:
thanks for correction my setting. But changing Mode in coils dialogs had no effect in Scope.
I get this scope the first time I crank the starter. If I cranking any time and press Get button, the synchronization lost.
scope_2026212_1811.emubscp3 (625 Bytes)
what is wrong on this scope ?
All looks good to me.
marked in red. Or is this normal?
Is it possible to record a scope a longer time, rather than just one revolution?
and it would be really cool if you add support CanTCU Controller, without CSB emulation
Please consider adding the main relay state output in the standard CANbus data stream.
For example, in a group OUTFLAGS4 in bit 7.
Main relay is always active on ignition so no realy logic involved there and setting..
In my opinion, ignition state and the main relay state are different. The main relay is on, which means the software in the EMU is fully loaded and performing its functions.
At ecu main relay is powered up on ecu powering up. There is no strategy involved for the main relay. Ecu boots up very quickly and even if it is not powered up outputs are hig-Z so nothing is happening. Ecu is working earlier than your laptop is connected, so there is no delay there. I have done probably about 100 different installations when I have repalaced main relay output with a microrelay or transistor to “save” the output at ecu all working perfectly fine. Also, if you want, you can add a delay at pmu on the main relay output..
Sorry for my late answer. The bunch of green lines is an artefact of scope drawing system when the engine syncs.
The helper lines (eg. TDC lines) are calculated based on data for EMU, and in this particular situation it draws all TDC in very short time period. I will fix this issue in the future.
In your case everything is perfect, the engine sync and start to spark properly.
The main relay flag and main relay output turns on immediately after the powering of the device.
You can send this flag using user can stream.
Hi Jakub! Is there room to add cranking VE option? now the cranking fueling working great on speed density mode but if i running alpha-n i have to sacrifice first column of VE table for cranking RPM to not get on situation where too low fueing for cranking with 0%TPS and too much fuel for 10% TPS…do you know what i mean?
The only option is the separate small 2D table for VE during cranking.
I will think about it.
Is there a plan to develop Client software for MacOS?
Can you add again Second fuel line strategy on v3
